For those who thought that Apple was only the the small icon on you cellphone, you should read this post !!

When it starts to become chilly and the leaves turn shades of yellow and red, I love cooking with apples : green, yellow, red ... there are so many recipes with this fruit.

My favorite is the Tart Tatin ... you know this upside-down tart with a sweet butter caramel and melted apples ... I can't wait to know your feedback !

I remember when one of my client in one of my cooking Class said “I can die for a French macaron like in Paris” ….
Oh la la … it was a revolution in my mind !
I asked her what is her favorite flavor : Chocolate , Coconut, Strawberry, Lemon, Sea & Salt Caramel, Vanilla… ??
And I did it  ...  I thought she was falling down !!!!
